Between 2011 and 2016, I co-produced augmented reality apps with Augmented Mountain – a NY/California based group. My partners were Mitch Miller and Phoenix Toews. Together we have released eight apps on the Mac app store: Pyrite; Outer Spaces;Oyster City App; Bubbles AR; Infinite Structures; Silicon Monuments; Sound Graffiti; and Pratt CATT. Outer Spaces was made in collaboration with the Scope Art Fair. Infinite Structures was made in collaboration with Raphaele Shirley, Liubo Borissov and the Department of Digital Arts at Pratt Institute. Sound Graffiti was made in collaboration with CNNCTD+. Pratt CATT was made with digital arts graduate students at Pratt, as part of a class led by Phoenix, Mitch and me.
OUTER SPACES AR (2011, 2012, 2013, 2016): The documents below demonstrate our Outer Spaces app. The top three show the app in use during the Scope Miami Fairs in 2012 and 2016. The bottom image depicts another iteration of Outer Spaces for the Dumbo Arts Festival 2012. The stills are followed by a video that Mitch and I made displaying a version of Outer Spaces released for Scope Miami 2012 (video shot in Brooklyn).
